Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of passion fruit, pear and gooseberry filling the mouth and lingering with the crisp dry finish.The 2019 Pinot Gris exhibits intense aromas of vibrant pear, ripe perfumed apple and lifted white citrus blossom. The fruit driven mid-palate displays complex white fruit flavours with a crisp natural acidity.

An easy drinking style, perfect for any occasion WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our two vineyards within the Limestone Coast. The Coonawarra fruit brings great natural acidity and citrus freshness, whilst the Wrattonbully bring tropical fruit flavours. VINTAGE NOTE: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. The crop levels were moderate, with aslight frost in November reducing the white varieties significantly from previous years.The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours.

Aromatic dry white, pale straw in colour, lifted lime zest and red apple blossom on the nose. Refreshing palate with upfront fruit characters of grapefruit and red apple balanced beautifully with crisp acidity and a rich palate.
