It opens to a beautiful wave of florals & green orchard fruits with zesty, moreish acidity and a touch of minerality. We released Adelia Prosecco to celebrate Nonna’s contribution to our family’s legacy, our heritage & the first generation of farming that Cavedon wines is built upon. Nonna was a woman of few words & the quiet inspiration behind building our family’s legacy. She not only encouraged resilience for a brighter future for our family, but embraced celebration, community & friendship, which is part of what we wanted this prosecco to embody.

Wild flowers may nestle around the scenic mountain ranges here, but it is the thrilling sight of the rows of grape-laden vines which appeal to winelovers. This is a pleasingly gentle example of the Prosecco variety and has notes of white peaches. A delightful sparkler.

Straw yellow colour with a persistent mousse. Fruity aromas, with golden apple and Kaiser pear in a pleasant citrus background. Slightly sweet, fresh and fruity. Of good length and balance.
