The Big Bull Langhorne Creek Shiraz is specially made for celebrations. The region is a hidden gem among South Australia for its excellent Shiraz. Birthday Wine Cylinder “Hip Hip Hooray It’s Your Birthday”. The Bleasdale Generations Shiraz 2018 offers aromas of blackberry and liquorice on the nose. The palate features flavours of ripe plums and other dark berries, layered with liquorice, pepper and fresh spices. This is an elegant style of shiraz with many layers of complexity.

Birchwood Wine Cylinder. This wine is a non vintage blend of Shiraz that contains wine from every vintage of Shiraz since 1997. Each year in spring Bleasdale freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling with new vintage wine, maintaining consistency. Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Birchwood Wine Cylinder This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with intense aromas of mixed berries, woody herbs dark chocolate and violets. The palate is smooth and persistent, with blackcurrant and spicy oak flavours, before finishing with soft and subtle tannins.

Made by Rockstar winemaker Ben Riggs, the McLaren Vale Shiraz is as true an expression as one could hope for. The fifth release of the wine is based around a core of pristine fruit with dark red berries, hints of spice, earth, tar and leather and with seamlessly integrated oak. Ripe tannins are apparent but not overwhelming, meaning this is a wine which can be enjoyed now or in the next 10-15 years.
