Boydell's Rosé

Boydell's Shiraz

Gundog Estate Smoking Barrel Red

Tikves Merlot Special Selection

Dry red wine with a deep ruby red color. It exhibits refined grape aromas, honey and a mixture of caramelized wild berries. Its harmonious flavor is a result of the balance between acids, extracts and alcohol content, full bodied, rounded with velvety tannin and a long finish. Pairs exquisitely with lamb, pork or chicken at 16-18C.

Glenguin Stonybroke Shiraz

Made from selected rows of the Schoolhouse Block at Glenguin's Hunter Valley vineyard, this wine is made for pairing with good friends and great food. A lively expression of Hunter Valley Shiraz with bright, ripe red fruits at it's core and an undercurrent of spicy oak, layered with fine tannins and a long finish.

Dalwood Estate Shiraz

From one of the Hunters oldest wineries, this stunning Shiraz exemplifies what the region can do with a great vintage, great fruit, and great winemaking. Bryan Currie and team, take a bow this wine is exceptional. In the glass: Deep red purple. On the nose: Plum, blackberry, black pepper and vanillin oak. On the palate: Shows a fleshy core of dark fruit with attractive peppery spice notes, well-judged vanillin oak and fine, savoury tannins.

Hungerford Hill Hunter Valley Shiraz

The warm and dry 2017 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit to be harvested. The red plum and black cherry aromas lead to a fruit driven and softly textured palate with background vanillin and spice from oak barrel maturation.

Thomas Wines Two of a Kind Shiraz

Mercer Wines Shiraz Nouveau

A beautifully juicy and spicy modern Hunter Valley Shiraz with fruit taking centre stage rather than oak.

Macquariedale Organic Wines Thomas Shiraz

These grapes were grown using Biodynamic practices and are Certified with the ACO. The wine was fermented naturally using wild yeast living in the vineyard. The wine was basket pressed and matured in small oak barrels for 12 months. The wine exhibits a ripe berry bouquet with a hint of white pepper on the palate. This wine will become well integrated and more complex with extended cellaring.
