Pacha Mama Shiraz enfolds you in her arms. It's elegant, it's got finesse. In the glass its vibrant plum red in colour, with a complex nose of spiced plums and dark chocolate backed with earth and spice. This wine is soft and fleshy and full of all the good dark fruits; plum and blackcurrant. It's seamless in the mouth with juicy fruit favours on the palate. A light tannic structure, vibrant acid and a long savoury finish.

Houghton CW Ferguson Cabernet Malbec is a tribute to Charles William Ferguson. A pioneer of the Swan Valley region, Charles Ferguson was committed to developing the area along with the reputation of Houghton's. This Cabernet Malbec is the first release and is accumulating a list of gold medals the envy of most, including the Regional Trophy for best Australian red blend over £10 at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2011.

Capel Vale Wines was a tremendous vintage resulting in lower yields with exceptional quality fruit and high flavour concentration. Medium bodied yet delicate style of Shiraz. Violets and bramble on the nose and a palate lush with dark berry fruits. Peppered steak with creamy mushroom sauce or slow-cooked venison with juniper berry and shiraz jus.

Risky Business used premium fruit from Frankland River and the Perth Hills to craft this charming example of Tempranillo, which sits firmly in the mid-weight range.Deep purple saturation. Earthy spice, blackberry, subtle leafy notes and charry oak. Juicy black fruit entry with finely textured tannins giving dry and fine structure. Good length and persistence in a very approachable drinking style.
