From our vigour and soil mapping techniques to the identification of select parcels and hand harvesting bunch by bunch, we ensure gentle handling through every stage of production. The nose is bursting with classic varietal aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum, layered with floral notes, liquorice, and dried herbs. On the palate, juicy redcurrant and cassis are complemented by dried rose petals and nori, with firm yet elegant tannins that promise both immediate appeal and long-term potential.
