It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. Made from 100% Webber Blue Agave with wild yeast, the spirit is clear with a medium body and high tannin. On the nose it has a mellow profile with botanical nuances, notes of cooked agave emerge with crystallized fig, with hints of lime peel, menthol and epazote.
