Mt Lofty Ranges Vine S&G Pinot Noir

The S&G Pinot Noir is a refined and captivating expression of Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard's dedication to the unique character of Lenswood. Sourced from just 3 selected rows of our 25 yr old Pinot Noir block. 100% whole bunch fermented, this limited production wine embodies the quiet confidence and purity that defines the S&G range. Bright cherry and stewed rhubarb aromas lead into a silky palate, layered with vibrant natural acidity, mineral drive and a whisper of forest floor complexity. Ten months in 1 yr old French oak brings subtle toast and frames they wine's beautiful mushroom and truffle nuances without overshadowing the fruit. A blend of multiple clones adds depth and textural elegance, making this a stunning showcase of cool climate Pinot Noir at its most poised and expressive.

Manser Five Clones Adelaide Hills Shiraz

A small but brilliant parcel of fruit meant our flagship Five Clones Shiraz was on the menu again. The nose is abundant with black and blue fruits also seen on the palate, which is full bodied and underpinned by fine tannins. Further breathing reveals more layers of flavour and complexity after the initial tranche of bright fruits. A superb example of care in the vineyard and judicious winemaking. Enjoy now with decanting or cellar for up to 20 years.

Mount Horrocks Shiraz

This is a stylish shiraz by Mount Horrocks, classic in character with mouth-filling red and black fruits, rich and juicy. The palate is beautifully elegant, balanced with long fine tannins, spicy fruit and oak.

Frankland Estate Shiraz

Fresh lifted aromas of plums and cherries abound with black pepper and warm spices on the nose; This Frankland Estate Shiraz has earthy savoury notes that combine seamlessly with subtle oak flavours and grainy tannin on the palate. It is an elegant cool climate Shiraz with a textured palate and a balanced finish.

Shingleback D Block Reserve Shiraz

The Shingleback D Block Reserve Shiraz is named for the Davey Block of the Davey Estate vineyard and is the personal expression of the McLaren Vale from the eyes of winemaker John Davey. True reserve wines, the D Block is only made in exceptional vintages just like this 2009. In the glass the wine has a colour that is impenetrable purple red. On the nose there are aromas of mulberry and blackberry that mingle with dusty cashew, milky chocolate (typical of McLaren Vale), spice and forest floor. There are tight, fine tannins to counter the bold, fresh fruit which results in an alluring and unmistakable wine that expresses the essence of the vine, the time and the place.

Wills Domain Cuvée d' Élevage Shiraz

Dense aromas of plum pudding, dried apricots and eastern spice introduce a voluptuous palate, boasting silky tannin, delicate hints of fresh summer berries and earthier tones of toasted oak and freshly cracked allspice. Head The Blonde Shiraz

Fresh blackberry and boysenberry, spice, liquorice, tar and dried herbs. Medium bodied, juicy bramble fruits, crisp boysenberry acidity, salted beef, firm but fine grained drying tannin, and a long fresh meaty herb infused finish.

Head The Brunette Shiraz

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.
