Eccentric Wines Fiano
Favourable ripening conditions have allowed us to create a style of Fiano that is alive with aromas of freshly picked guava, red apple and pear. Venturing into pine lime and citrus, the complexity of palate is lifted with gentle herbs, honeyed cashew and a rewarding textural finish. Made by Jo Irvine from Wine Wise Consulting from fruit grown by the Kelly Family in the Clare Valley, South Australia.
