Marchand & Burch Villages Rose

Made in the contemporary style, Marchand & Burch Rosé flaunts a luminescent sunstone colour with light pink tinges. The wine's bouquet exudes aromas of strawberry coulis and cream. An excellent example of cool-climate Shiraz with dark black fruit, spice and pepper characters. The oak and tannins are well balanced ensuring that this wine is drinking well now and has plenty of life ahead.

Howard Park Granite Ridge Shiraz

Garnet in colour with a lively bouquet of black and red fruits with subtle spice, musk and hibiscus notes. The palate is fleshy and mouthfilling with Satsuma plum, mulberry, boysenberry fruit flavours plus Hoisin sauce notes and sweet spice flavours. 15% wholebunch fermentation adds wild depth of flavour and pleasant chewy tannins; balanced by refreshing natural acidity and fine-grained oak texture.

Plan B! Frankland River Shiraz

The Shiraz for this wine was sourced from the two vineyards in the Frankland River region of Western Australia.Individual batches were barrel aged for an additional 22 months, and then classified and blended prior to bottling. The final rustic addition of 5% Tempranillo from the Geographe vineyard lends a savoury, blue fruited mid palate to the bright and spicy Shiraz flavours.

The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.
