Crimson with violet hues. Spiced plums and peppercorns with fruit cake and forest floor aromas. The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of dutch licorice and lingering plum and cherry flavours. This is a fruit driven, medium bodied wine with soft, silky tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.

Classic South Australian Shiraz flavours of wild dark berries, ripe blood plans and exotic spice. The palate is supple and fruit driven with a mouth-filling burst of spicy, dark berry fruit flavours wrapped in fine tannins before a bright and very long, plush finish.

Classic Grenache red fruited flavours of bright cherry and raspberry with stone minerals and subtle cedar oak spice. Delightfully fresh and fragrant with soft roiund tannins and a lovely long finish.

Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

An elegant cool-climate Shiraz with aromas of blackberry, plum, olive and subtle spice. The palate is vibrant, yet lacy, with refined notes of black fruits, violets and white pepper. The gentle tannins intertwine effortlessly with a blackcurrant fresh acidity and the light spice of considered French oak.Beyond the Wilderness, at the extremities of the earth, deep in the southern oceans lies a pristine land.
