The“LOVE 520 Shiraz”series is a limited edition wine which is originated from love and developed with the purpose of expressing love.“520”represents not only love, but also everything carried by a bottle of wine. To produce a standard bottle of wine requires 5.5 bunches of grapes on average, or about 520 grapes. The wine body is full and rich , with bright and soft tannins. Rich in aromas of chocolate, black pepper and blackberry jam, as well as subtle soil fragrance, which makes the taste buds feel a delicate balance.

Rich and complex flavours of strawberries and cherries. Perfect with seared duck breasts or salmon. Passionately crafted in small batches with fruit sourced from selected South Australian vineyards.

Medium bodied, enjoy flavours of dark currents, raspberry and cherry paired with notes of vanilla, and hints of oak and forest floor. Harvested form vines for the cool climate of limestone coast.

A brilliant example of how a cellar can be built from great value wines. The 2015 vintage displays aromas of blackberry, violets and spice. The palate is rich with excellent depth of berry fruit, balanced with subtle smoky oak. This elegant, medium bodied Shiraz finishes with long, silky tannins. The colour is vibrant red with ruby hues. The nose is lled with the aromas of fresh zingy red berries, currants and spearmint. Juicy red currants and berry avours ow across the palate.

In the glass: Dark red. On the nose: Fresh herb, spice and red berry aromatics. On the palate: Mid weight with a subtly sweet mix of dark fruit, fine supple tannins and background oak. A good all-rounder.

A vigrant and intesnse wine with extremely dark colour, followed by a rich and concentrated mid palate with a soft round finish.

Two collaborative varieties of Grenache and Shiraz, have been blended seamlessly to create a medium bodied, savoury style. Fruitul raspberry and red cherry on the palate with subtle dried herbs, soft tannins and a long finish. Serve with hoisin pork fillet with stir-fried Chinese greens or your favourite pizza.
