This Cabernet shows excellent varietal character and structure. Blackcurrant and cassis flavours are complemented by soft tannins and well-integrated oak.

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay is full bodied and soft with bright varietal flavours of pineapple and fig. The palate is creamy and smooth with light touches of spice. A subtle note of oak completes the offering.

The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.
