Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

This Pinot Grigo has distinct varietal aromas of pear and passionfruit with delicate floral perfumes. McGuigan Black Label is refreshing on the palate is with delightful flavours of pear and green apple and a clean citrus finish.

Blanc de Blancs translates as white of whites to make this wine we stole grapes from our Hard Chard snatching them off the vine early to lock in their fresh crispness. McGuigan produce a flavoursome wine here with a soft, smooth, creamy palate. It has the great sweet tropical fruit and melon flavours of Chardonnay with a touch of caramel oak providing a lingering clean finish.

19 Crimes Pinot Noir is part of a range that celebrates our convict history. Its delicious combination of fresh strawberries, raspberries and white pepper. Along with a generous mouthfeel this wine is supported by a soft, velvety texture with good length and subtle tannin to finish.

Bold and strong in character, this deep rich and golden Chardonnay is filled with stone fruit aromas and a sweet textured palate. The criminally intense toasty oak notes have hints of butterscotch and honey balanced with layers of ripe fruit. This full bodied, powerful wine finishes with rich notes of butter and vanilla.
