The Rêveur portrays every winemakers life endeavour - the dream of one day crafting the perfect Pinot Noir. Nick Glaetzer hands on winemaking experiences both home and abroad (including a stint in Burgundy) have been applied to this elegant and complex Tasmanian Pinot Noir. A luscious nose of strawberries, plums and savoury spice lead to the supple palate, full of cherry and blackberry flavours. Balanced tannin complete the wine.

Taylors celebrated 40 years in business with its first fizz. Fragrant notes on the nose, creamy and complex, bright citrus and stonefruit flavours, fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. A classic white sparkler from one of our favourite families.

A ripe, fleshy quaffing Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with yellow green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and crème brulee like aromas fill the nostrils with hints of toasty oak and butterscotch also present. Fleshy and ripe, the palate features peach and tropical fruit flavours over vanillin spice and traces of crème brulee. Balanced acidity with a nicely shaped finish. Drink over the next year. Avancé is the first red from Glaetzer-Dixon to advance from barrel to bottle each season. Working and travelling through many wine-making regions on the European Continent gave Nick, their wine maker, insight into the lighter wine styles, keenly sought after by the local village people for their fresh fruit driven flavours.

Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.
