Hãhã Marlborough Pinot Noir

Nautilus Estate Sauvignon Blanc

The 2018 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of citrus peel, blackcurrant buds and fresh herbs. The palate introduces a delightful lime/citrus based mouth-watering intensity and finishes with a strong textural component. The fruit was machine harvested at night or in the cool of the morning, gently crushed and pressed then fermented with a variety of aromatic yeast strains in stainless steel tanks - the sole aim being to reflect and preserve the flavours and aromas grown in the vineyard. 10% of the juice fermentations were started with a non-saccharomyces yeast and 3% of the blend was barrel fermented. After fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with the lees for five months. This classic technique enhances creaminess and integrates flavours.

Saint Clair Origin Sauvignon Blanc

Saint Clair Pioneer Block 14 Doctor's Creek Pinot Noir

Deep dark red. Aromatic floral notes combined with red berry notes and a slight early richness. Full bodied with Morello cherry flavours and a fine silky structure showing fresh vanilla pod, blackberry and blueberry with spice on the finish. Saint Clair Family Estate is owned by Neal and Judy Ibbotson, viticulture pioneers in Marlborough since 1978. Grapes were originally supplied to local wine companies; however a desire to extend the quality achieved in the vineyard through to the finished wine led to the establishment of Saint Clair Family Estate in 1994. The Saint Clair name originates from the vineyard property, first settled by the Sinclair family. Pioneer James Sinclair built one of the first homes in Blenheim and was closely associated with the early development of the town. Over time the name of the property reverted to the original Saint Clair. The companys mission is to create world-class wines that exceed their customers every expectation. Neal Ibbotson combines his extensive viticultural expertise plus Marlboroughs mix of climate and soils with the talent of one of New Zealands leading winemaking teams. From 1994 when wines from the first vintage all won medals including gold, the name Saint Clair has been synonymous with quality and its award-winning record continues today. Isabel Estate Vineyard Pinot Gris

ISABEL ESTATE Pinot Gris, Marlborough Isabel Estate was established in Marlborough in 1980 and has some of the oldest vines in the region. Its Wairau Valley location receives the full benefit of extended sunshine hours combined with a long, relatively cool growing season. Yields are restricted by pruning to low bud numbers and, where necessary, shoot and bunch thinning ensures that fruit quality is fully optimised. The Isabel Pinot Gris style focuses on fruit purity and classic pear, elderflower and chalky mineral flavours. As leading New Zealand wine writer Bob Campbell MW says, Isabel Estate Pinot Gris is: Made in an off/dry style but with enough acidity to generate a fairly dry finish. Lovely wine.
