This wine is named after our daughter Christine; a natural redhead once a Ranga, always a Ranga. These low cropping Riesling grapes were grown in the Clare Valley wine region of South Australia, which has an ideal climate for Riesling. It has strong herbacious flavours of cirtus and is suitable for white meats and fish.

Another classic Riesling from the Clare Valley! Lemon and lime with some floral notes on the nose are matched with long citrus flavours and crisp acidity. Enjoy young and fresh or with bottle age.

Eden Valley rieslings tend to be a little more delicate and floral compared to the more zingy style founc in Clare Valley. This Riesling is no exception - bursting with mandarin, lemon, lime lychee, white flower floral and fennel flavours making this Riesling an absolutely perfect accompaniment to shellfish and spicy Asian dishes.

This single vineyard wine from the historic Koonowla property at Auburn has been made in the classic Clare Valley style, so while approachable now, it has excellent celllaring potential. In the glass: Very pale yellow straw.On the nose: Lemon, lime and lanolin. On the palate: Developing well with a strong core of lemon sherbet, lime and stonefruit, river stone-like minerality, attractive spice notes and a touch of musk to finish.

Kirrihill Regional Riesling displays lifted aroumas of lemon sherbet, freshly squeezed lime juice and hints of orange blossom on the nose. This wine is bright and lively on the palate, sharing similar tasting profile with a fine and mineral like acidity on the finish. This Riesling is best enjoyed in its youth when the Citrus fruit is at its most vital.

Taylors Chardonnay's toasty nutty flavours of the oak perfectly complement the rich melon peach varietal characters of the grape in this soft full-flavoured Chardonnay.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.
