Clare Valley where a gorgeous white blossom fragrance is typical for many rieslings, this has all your classic lime and citrus notes with trademark varietal acidity but no severity. This great Clare Valley Riesling opens with lavender, pear and talc aromas. Juicy fruit continues on the palate adding some bruised apple, refreshing acidity, viscosity and mid palate weight. Ideal as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine or with most seafood dishes.

This wine is pale yellow in colour with a light green hue. This is an off-dry style wine, giving off initial aromas of lime, tangy lemon verbena, nectarine and apple lemon, coupled with traces of musk and roses. It is an intricate mix of fruit passion, acidity, sweetness and alcohol where each attribute is in harmony with the other, resulting in a wine with personality and charm. Delicious lime and passion fruit flavours gently run through the palate ending fresh and almost dry due to the acidity, which balances the grape-derived sweetness. Gew rz means spice in German, and there are some spicy elements to this exotic and luscious Gew rztraminer from one of the cooler sites of the Clare Valley.Simmering pale gold colour. Lychee, pear, melon and musk aromas. Juicy, plush and sweet fruit entry with a creamy mouthfeel, luscious yellow stonefruit depth, lime-like acidity, and a generous fruit-sweet finish.
