'The quality of these wines are often equal to many other vineyards best'- James Halliday This is a classic cool-climate Shiraz. The fruit is sourced from three sites around the Peninsula which has the spice and black pepper characters, that are characteristic of this wine. Yabby Lake Chardonnay is a fine, elegantly structured Chardonnay which is still developing. Subtle, toasty oak provides a background for the citrus and white peach flavours and the acidity lingers and extends the finish.

Only premium vineyards exclusively managed by Quealy's viticultural team are selected for the Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. From small croppings but intense fruit each vineyard is treated separately in the winery, the final composition is a beautiful Pinot.
