The citrus rind and grapefuit lead the palate to an overall fine yet textural journey. Cape Mentelle Chardonnay had this distinctive minerally line too, apparent with focussed refreshing acidity. Faint nuancesof soft nougat and cashews also add to what is a harmonious balance and an elegant and length finish.

Similar to the famous Black Sambuca from Galliano, the White has a lighter texture and a more open flavour. Such an aromatic drink can be enjoyed in many ways, but a favourite is neat alongside a coffee.

Great floral notes on the nose with a nicely balanced palate of minerals, quartz and lingering ripe citrus fruits. This subtle Sauv Blanc is perfect for light meals and delicate Asian cuisine.

Louisa Rose is a master when it comes to Riesling and Pewsey Vale consistently over delivers on quality and value every vintage. The current vintage has racy lime juice and citrus blossom with driving mineral acidity on the finish. 'This may be the best-value single vine wine in the country. Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.
