For our first seasonal release we have discovered Cumquats are magnificent in gin so we have infused them in our GiN with a limited number of bottles produced each time.

Some say it evolved from the traditional Tequila Daisy (Margarita is Spanish for Daisy), similar to the Margarita with more focus on lemon and lime, than the balance of orange liquor in the Margarita. Others say it was created in a Tijuana bar for the Ziegfeld dancer Majorie King. Another popular story is that it was created by socialite Margarita Sames for guests at her Acapulco holiday home. Regardless of how it originated, the blend of Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, and lime is one of the most popular cocktails of choice.Serving Suggestions:To serve, line the rim of a tumbler with fresh lime and dip the rim in salt. Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey.Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.
