The Yarra Yering Pinot Noir is produced from what are amongst the oldest Pinot Noir vines in the Yarra Valley. Always aristocratic, fragrant with intense aromas of sweet strawberry and ripe plums, the Yarra Yering Pinot rounds out with mouthfilling notes of the same with a length hard to ignore.

Yering Station Yarra Pinot Noir is a classic Pinot Noir with red/black cherry complimented with brooding earthy undertones and subtle savoury spice on the nose. The palate hints of violets and lavender. Rich black cherry spice surrounded by vanillin oak. Lovely middle palate concentration supported by fine velvet like tannins.

Yarra Yering is not only a Victorian icon, but a true Australian wine treasure. The Underhill Shiraz is sourced exclusively from the 1974 planted block of Shiraz at the western-most extremity of the vineyard. Drawn from soils with a higher clay base which has resulted in a wine of a more masculine bent offering darker fruits and spice with chewier tannins and a savoury undertone.

From Victoria's first vineyard comes Little Yering, a bright, youthful and delicious Pinot Noir from Victoria's home for the variety, the Yarra Valley. Sourced from vineyards in the upper Yarra and the valley floor itself to provide a perfect balance between lifted aromas and notes of savouriness along with lush, rich and mouth-filling juice from the flats.

This single vineyard, award-winning Levantine Hill Melissas Paddock Syrah, has its own inimitable characteristics of the unique site and inherent signature expression. It features a complex nose, featuring blackberry, liquorice, tar, spice and cherry oak. The resounding sophisticated palate features fine tannins leading to a long finish. There is a delicate nervy balance between savouriness and sweet fruit with an emphasis on balance and length for a resounding echo of flavour.

This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.

In the winery: Underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, then matured for 10 months.In the glass: Medium Pinot red.On the nose: Perfect balance of strawberry, field mushroom, black tea and oak spice.On the palate: A charming and harmonious wine with core flavours of strawberry and cream, a silken build of earthy complexity, and fine, perfectly integrated tannins. This superb Pinot Noir shows what heights can be reached when modestly priced wines are produced in outstanding vintages. Expect a red and dark cherry fragrance with a hint of spice. It's light bodied with earthy flavours of red berries delivered with finesses one of the finest producers of the 'Fronsac' appellation. Predominantly Merlot, there's supreme depth of dark fruit, together with the 'polished' structure so synonymous with the 2012 vintage.

Bright, red cherry. Savoury spices and mixed dired herbs. Elegant and Pretty with a mixture of dark cherry fruit and savoury spices. Lovely red berry fruit over-layered with dried herbs and subtle vanillan oak. Rich and mouthfilling, the middle palate extends to a long elegant finish.
