The Angaston Road Growers range is all about honouring the often unsung heroes of the wine world, the growers. The wine recognises Rae Clark, a proud vigneron who has been working in the wine industry for around 30 years. She is a passionate advocate for improving biodiversity through sustainable vineyard practices in her home region of Coonawarra. And when it came to finding the best selection of Sauvignon Blanc for this new wine, the winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Rae. Aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and other tropical delights leap from the glass, backed up by a palate of spritely guava and gooseberry with a lively citrus finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc hails from our cool-climate southern Coonawarra vineyard. The wine is spritely with spring blossom, lime zest and juicy white nectarine. This wine has lifted and passionfruit, guava and fresh citrus balanced by bright aromas of spring jasmine and fresh-cut lime, along with a delicate and focused palate of white nectarine and grapefruit. These flavours meld together beautifully with a very finely textured mouthfeel and crisp lime finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and lime, intense white peach and stone fruits with gentle hints of wild flowers. Fresh fleshy passionfruit, nectarine and citrus flavours are complemented by textured and subtle fruity acidity and a crisp dry finish.

Brokenwood from the Hunter Valley make a classic Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend lightly oaked and sealed with a screwcap to maintain freshness and liveliness. Perfect with al fresco dining.
