Created our farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this boutique batch of hand-crafted gin is our homage to the tradition of gin making and the native flavours of Australia. Thirteen botanicals including native sage, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature native sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin. The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin. The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.

A limited release seasonal Gin, inspired by the Marrickville team’s favourite cocktail. This is a juniper-forward Gin (not a Gin liqueur), with tropical botanicals including coconut, pineapple, pandan leaf, lime, nutmeg and allspice. On the nose, there’s a nice kick of juniper with an underlying tone of caramelized pineapple and vanilla. Toasted coconut and hints of sea-spray and citrus add freshness. When sipped, the oily consistency coats the palate with silky coconut flavours contrasted by lime peel bitterness and fresh grassy notes. For serving, this sits well in a Martini or a Southside, but it’s just made for fruit juice - or take the distillery’s advice and make their version of a Piña Colada, with fresh-squeezed pineapple, a splash of coconut cream, a touch of sugar, squeeze of lime and bitters, served simply on the rocks. 5000 bottles produced. 42% Alc./Vol.

Ms Gina is a collaboration between Anther Spirits and the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation, with proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Ms Gina directly supporting the crucial funding of research and programs of the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation. She is sweet with a fizz of orange sherbet and raspberry. A bright citrusy nose with a smooth mouthfeel and subtle warm spice finish. Ooray Native Plum Gin is a colour take on the Botanic Australis recipe, with heightened addition of strawberry gum to compliment the rich Ooray (Davidson's Plum) flavour. the gin is steeped on Ooray Native plums to achieve a truly Australian experience. On the nose vibrant strawberry gum and sherbet with a rich and velvet plum jam, raspberry sorbet palate. Great with a splash of soda.

Diviners Distillery Apparition is a small batch, cold distilled, Australian produced gin. Aromas of finger lime, woody spice, and echos of pine forest flow across the nose. A classical theme of juniper and citrus display throughout the palate. Native wattle seeds and macadamia bring the bass line. A counterpoint of earthy angelica, spicy pepper berry, and cassis bark. Enjoy this gin as a classic G&T, Martini or straight up and ease into your evening.

Prohibition Liquor Co.’s Moonlight Gin is an homage to all things flourishing under the cover of darkness.
