This is a new artisan craft Gin from a historical 1865 distillery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori in Japan. Hand crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients. Specific botanicals such as (yuzu citrus, Hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera) are used to the base spirit shocho distilling technology cultivated over many years. This is in addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon). The pallet is refreshing, delicate and lifted subtle characteristics, followed by fresh citrus and spice. The length is followed by a lingering flavour or creamy yogurt-like acidity. This standout bold packaging is complimented by a delicate, lifted and premium quality Gin.

Stepping outside of the realm they are renowned for, high quality authentic Japanese shochu, Kyoya Shuzo has successfully made their mark in the world of gin. Using their own Kameshizuku sweet potato shochu as a base, this premium yuzu gin is flavoured with yuzu and hyuganatsu, sansho pepper,citrus fruits and juniper berries.

The Robin Redbreast is the only bird which sings continuously throughout the dark Irish winters and is one of the very few small birds that choose to winter in Ireland. It is this enduring spirits which inspires its namesake, Redbreast Whiskey. When the world demanded lighter, more accessible whiskey styles, Redbreast stood steadfast in its belief of the tradition and significance of single pot still Irish whiskey. For the past century, Redbreast has been the standard bearer for this quintessentially Irish style of whiskey. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast Lustau Edition displays the characteristic full and complex flavour of pot still whiskey. Having spent its final period of maturation in casks seasoned with the finest Oloroso Sherry in the Bodegas Lustau, the result is a distinctive twist on the signature sherry character. This whisky has a rich infusion of dark fruits, prunes, dates and figs with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and Redbreast spices across the nose. The palate is a creamy pot still with Redbreast spices balanced with richness of sherry finish and contribution of fresh Spanish oak. The finish is endless. A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.

Patrón Añejo is delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum 12 months.
