From the Singlefile vineyard in the Denmark sub-region on the Great Southern, this is a modern styled. lightly oaked chardonnay showing grapefruit and white peach aromas and sublte oak. The palate displays citrus and stone fruit with a soft creamy finish.

The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nougat and nut-meal, the palate's fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. A bright citrus and chalky lactic acidity adds restraint and length to finish the wine. 'This latest release from the partnership of Jeff Burch and Burgundian winemaker Pasca Marchand is one of the best. Comes off a high point in the Porongurups, with the fruit being naturally fermented and then given 10 months on yeast lees to gather complexity. Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.

Pale straw green in colour. Complex bouquet, nutty and lifted. The palate is fine and deep with a lengthy finish.

An elegant, vibrant and fragrant nose with lemon, lime and pear in the foreground. Notes of peach blossom and subtle jasmine create lift and combines with cardamom pod, almond meal and roasted cashew. The palate has immense purity, with power and persistence. Lime and lemon pith define the palate, which carries through to a delicately layered middle, threaded with a fine mineral spine. Sesame seed and blanched almonds enhance complexity, finishing with a sparkling acid structure. This wine has energy in its youth, and will build texture with cellaring.
