The varieties include shiraz, sparkling, rosé, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc and are now available at your local first Choice Liquor Market store. The wines were in development for over two years and use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove alcohol after the fermentation process, ensuring the wines maintain their delicate fruit flavours. The wines were created to maintain strong varietal characteristic, it added, containing no artificial sweeteners or additives.

Yellow Tail have been at the forefront of providing the world quality Australian wines at some fantastic prices. This Pinot Grigio is made in the traditional Italian style with a little bit of ginger spice and flintiness. Nice rockmelon flavours with vibrant acidity all the way through the palate finishing with lovely freshness.

Makers of some of Australia's greatest value-for-money wines, Yellowtail have made a Sauvignon Blanc here of utmost flavour, intensity and varietal character. Wild gooseberries, passionfruit and tropical notes all comes to the fore with a nice crisp acid backbone.
