This is one of the gems produced by cult winemaker Elian Da Ros, who learned the art of winemaking at the prestigious Domaine Zind Humbrecht in Alsace before taking over the family vineyard. This luscious red is a blend of half Cabernet Franc, with the rest a split between Merlot and Syrah and matured for 18 months in old oak. Drink young for the sheer enjoyment.

Deep garnet in colour, this wine has aromas of blueberries and violets perfectly integrated with vanillin American Oak. Firm structure carries through to fine tannins, its a wine best enjoyed with your favourite culinary delight. Enjoy now or cellar for 7-10 years.

Kleopatra is the first wine of this region obtained from the Cabernet Franc grape variety from Bovin own vineyards. Characterized by a ruby red color with a smell of pomegranates, cranberries and other red fruits rich in vitamin C. It has well balanced taste and smell.

In the winery: Matured for 20 months in new French barriques, Hungarian, French and American hogsheads. In the glass: Inky dark red. On the nose: Ripe dark fruit, a hint of mint, toasty oak and cedary development.On the palate: Intense black fruit power melding well with deluxe mocha oak a rich, dense and complex reserve style with tight, grainy tannins and spicy acidity.

Aromas of bright boysenberry, blood plums and liquorice. Classy oak adds mocha and spice to palate that's bursting with luscious fruit. Medium bodied with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

The wine is gorgeously fruited and fragrant on the nose showing dark fruit richness with smoked game, vanilla, chocolate tart and cedar characters. Deep, dark and inky; a complex black olive bouquet, with a very rich, powerful and heady mix of cassis, cedar and a little violet thrown in for good measure. Excellent firm structure threads through the controlled intense and balanced palate. A little astringency on the finish. Plenty of blackcurrant and savoury plum flavours with a touch of cedary oak.
