The palate reveals ripe black cherries and wild strawberries, enriched by subtle notes of fresh leather and cigar box. Balanced acidity and silky tannins create a smooth, refined texture, delivering an elegant and approachable drinking experience.

This great Clare Valley Rose opens up with cherry and strawbery succulent red berry fruit flavours. The wine is a great balance with ripe red fruits and a savoury, spicy edge which makes it easy on the palate and perfect for 'al fresco' dining.

The wine has a seductive, lifted with aroma characterised by plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is rich, luscious and round with intense, perfectly ripened fruit characters. Mocha coffee and subtle spice characters complement generous fruit flavours of plum and blackberry. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a soft mid-palate and supple tannins. It has a well-balanced structure with great texture, good length and lashings of fruit on the finish.

The wine has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle star anise spice and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and chocolate. A wine of great intensity. It has distinctive blackcurrant and cassis fruit flavours. Subtle oak characters of cedar and spice are also evident. The tannins are fine and elegant a hallmark of the varietal. The palate is well balanced, complex and fulfilling and lingers on the finish.

Winemaker, Mitchell Taylor brings this full-bodied red to life with bold, ripe fruit and plush, firm tannin. Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

This premium Malbec with lifted blackberry aromas is vibrant with dark red berry fruits and subtle oak notes. Elegant tannins complete a long finish.

Taylors Jaraman Shiraz continues the long tradition of producing flavour rich red wines from premium vineyards across South Australia. This Shiraz is sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions and brings a little bit from both worlds with rich, foreboding fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit.
