By the Bend of a Brook is a vineyard planted to produce single block wines, where just about everything from the pruning, weeding & picking is done by the sweat of manual labour and a barking Kelpie. Only this fruit is in the SL Cab Sav. A lighter, fresher style of Cabernet,hand-picked with subtle oak. The wine was made in the Mediterranean style for casual, easy drinking. At a vineyard altitude of 400 metres above sea level the Adelaide Hills allows grapes to develop to full ripeness while retaining fresh cool-climate acidity and elegance.

This premium Tempranillo is rich with lifted cherry and strawberry on the palate with gentle cedar notes. Well structured tannins complete a seamless, vibrant finish.

This premium Shiraz is rich with intense plum and cedar oak. Gentle tannins wrap the palate with blackberry and raspberry, with a smooth long finish.

Sourced from up to 100 year old bush vine Grenache. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. Subtle notions of scorched earth and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced youthful freshness and long juicy aftertaste. Over three generations the Barry name has been famous throughout the wine world and synonymous with the Clare Valley. The Eden Valley altitudes were always going to be the source for Kym Teusner's grand Cabernet statement. The fruit is awesome beyond belief, and it shows in this ridiculously underpriced masterstroke. An entitled mouthful of dark currants and blue fruits have a lasting depth all their own, wrapped in a precision poised tannin structure with grip and presence, yet silky throughout. Could be rookie of the year!

Sourced from three vineyards at Leasingham in the Clare Valley this wine is a unique blend of three varieties originating from Spain - Tempranillo, Mourvedre and Grenache. That is why we call it 'The Spaniard'.

This fine elegant Riesling has aromas of lime juice and honey blossom while the palate offers excellent fruit weight with minerally flavours that linger on the finish. Drinking beautifully and sure to age well.
