The Artwork for this limited bottling of 23rd Street Distillery Yuzu Gin was created by local Artist Claire Ishino (SA), the inspiration is Japanese sunsets blending with our Australian climate and of course the Riverland Yuzu fruit. In our Copper Pot No. 3, we vapour-infuse pure Australian sugarcane base with a quadruple burst of citrus and refreshing spice mélange. Fruit is gathered from a single Riverland orchard. Highly fragrant Yuzu and Buddha's Hand fruit are incorporated whole, and from Cara Cara and Blood Oranges we use the hand-peeled rind. Juniper, Chamomile and Coriander plus Australian natives Cinnamon Myrtle, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Gum complete the assembly of aromatics. A sense-awakening postcard from today's Riverland. Traditional citrus and botanicals are brightened and heightened by native spices and elegantly perfumed Yuzu and Buddha's Hand. Opulent soft floral citrus aromas set the scene. The refreshing palate presents juicy sweetness followed by lingering zest and warmth. Best served as a thirst-quenching G&T, which reveals its naturally 'cloudy' mixing effect.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Sitting at the traditional Sloe Gin strength of 26% alcohol, Ink Sloe & Berry is a lower-alcohol option for those who want to drink less and enjoy more, and is perfect for sipping on the rocks. Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. The perfect companion to balance the sweeter botanical counterparts in Sloe & Berry. St. Agnes 5 Year Old Brandy is a richly coloured, full-bodied brandy. It is discernibly fuller-bodied than the Three Star. The Brandy is distilled according to the time honoured Pot Still process from specially prepared wine and then matured for long years in small oak barrels to ensure its pure clean perfection.
