Admiral Vernon is one of history's unique mixologists after circumstances forced him to come up with a rum recipe that would appease the British Navy after he reduced the fleets rum rations. His solution was to add lime and touch of sugar to mix to create a truly delicious rum. This concept has been embraced in the Old J Spiced Rum with flavours of Persian Lime and Smooth Vanilla delivery an unparalleled rum experience.

A cheeky cherry twist on our original spiced rum Marasca cherry, lovingly known as rum cherry, delicately infuses Old J Spiced, creating an exceptionally unique expression. This is a rum full of fun, energy and will convince you that rum is worth a try and will get the party started. Tasting notes Appearance: Clear, vibrant, coppery, golden warmth with a pink hue. Aroma: Rich Cherry, cream soda, vanilla with faint lime , cinnamon and clove. Taste: Bittersweet cherries, buttery toffee popcorn and cinnamon spice. Lingers of cherry spice, black pepper and cloves.

Ricard Aperitif
First created by Paul Ricard in Marseille, 1932 it has distinct fresh taste of liquorice and subtle Provence herbs. Aged in large barrel in the open air a slight 'sea-side' flavour is imparted by the salt spray that licks the barrels.

Captain Webbs Two Swallows Cherry & Salted Caramel Spiced Rum
Captn Webbs Two Swallows Cherry is a super smooth premium Spiced Rum. The finest rum is married with natural Cherry, Salted Caramel and Spices. Two Swallows Cherry packed with honey and caramel, fruity esters drifting up through the richness. Just a touch of savoury salt notes arrives later on, balanced by lovely warm juicy cherry notes. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.
