McGuigan Wines is going alcohol-free, well at least for these Zero range of wines. The varieties include shiraz, sparkling, rosé, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc and are now available at your local first Choice Liquor Market store. The wines were in development for over two years and use the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove alcohol after the fermentation process, ensuring the wines maintain their delicate fruit flavours. The wines were created to maintain strong varietal characteristic, it added, containing no artificial sweeteners or additives.

Secret I.D Shiraz. The palate has berry fruit and oak undertones with a soft round velvety texture.

The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. Red-brown loam over shale and red clay vineyards in the South and Central Barossa Valley enable St Hallett to create wine parcels of generosity of flavour, length and texture like Faith shiraz.Dark berry fruits and a soft and luscious palate are the hallmark characters of this wine. Pepper spices and chocolate notes marry together with softly coating tannins to complete this rich and generous palate.

This vibrant Sangiovese offers lifted aromatics of dark cherry and spice. The palate is rich with abundant dark cherry flavours supported by subtle tannins, while gentle hints of cedar beautifully complement the fruit. It concludes with a persistent, long finish that defines this elegant nterpretation of a classic varietal.
