A pale lemon wine with a lifted floral and stone fruit nose. The palate carries through these fruit forward characers and adds layers of buttered toast and biscuit. It is a wie that is textured , full, yet crisp, with a lingering citrus peel finish.

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

This parcel was selected by winemaker Nick Badrice for its exceptional quality. Subtle French oak lifts natural stone fruit aromas, with melon notes balances by crisp acidity to give structure and a lengthy finish.

Louisa Rose is a master when it comes to Riesling and Pewsey Vale consistently over delivers on quality and value every vintage. This parcel was carefully selected by winemaker, Richard Quodling, for its inimitable quality. With attractive pink hues and a bouquet of lifted raspberry and strawberry fruit notes, this elegant Rose has layered and generous red berry fruit flavours, beautiful balance and persistent length.

Usually Mountadama's 'The Red' is a Cab Merlot blend, but in 2018 the switch was made from Merlot to Shiraz as the secondary varietal component. "At this level of ripeness and generosity, the switch from merlot to shiraz is surprising, bolstering mid-palate density. Peter Lehmann, icon of the Barossa Valley, has been churning out award winning Rieslings like it's childs play recently. The Wigan Riesling with all its lifted aromatics of citrus and white flowers followed by a complex palate that lingers has again picked up award and award.

Heggies Botrytis Riesling is sourced from high quality Riesling vineyards high up in the Eden Valley. Slightly wet and humid conditions in 2011 allowed for the onset of Botrytis in the vineyard and an intensity of flavour that continues right through the palate.
