Fragrant violet, red cherry, strawberry and anise aromas are interwoven with forest floor, dried herb and spice notes. Rich dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours flow supplely across the palate with notions of dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar the undercard. Polished tannins with a long moreish finish. Great everyday drinking Pinot. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 13.5%

Unlike most wines of the variety, our 2024 Special Release Pinot Gris is wildly unique, refined with minimal barrel aging to completely shift the dynamic of the blend.<br>Initial aromas show delicious characteristics of wild peach and crunchy green fruits like pear and apple, like a typical Pinot Gris. What really sets it apart is the notes of butter and vanilla on the palate balanced by a crisp acidity thanks to a short time in our French Oak barrels.
