Unlike most wines of the variety, our 2024 Special Release Pinot Gris is wildly unique, refined with minimal barrel aging to completely shift the dynamic of the blend.<br>Initial aromas show delicious characteristics of wild peach and crunchy green fruits like pear and apple, like a typical Pinot Gris. What really sets it apart is the notes of butter and vanilla on the palate balanced by a crisp acidity thanks to a short time in our French Oak barrels. When pairing with food, its complex flavours are best enhanced by sweet and sour dishes, roasted meat, or a finely aged cheese.
