A great new addition to the Babich range of much loved Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs, this time an organic Sauvignon Blanc. Great single vineyard expression with large amounts of tropical fruit with a backbone of clean and crisp minerals. Cleansing acidity on the finish rounds out what is a true organic star.

Bannockburn produce wines of character and complexity. You get nothing less with this serious take on Sauv Blanc. Fermentation in ¼ new oak and on lees for 10 months gives this wine structure and texture, a great drink for any lover of wine.

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.

Wine is characterized with a greenish-yellow colour. The smell is typified with expressed herbal fruity notes of fern and citrus tones. Its taste ample with harmony, softness and roundness.

This fantastic Sauvignon Blanc from France shows notes of orange blossom, lime peel and traditional Pouilly Fume gun-smoke on the nose, which blends seamlessly with the slatey, stoney minerality of the palate, all underpinned by classic Loire acidity. Crisp, refreshing and downright tasty!
