As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat.The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma. An Easy drinking classic Australian Pale Lager. Made from 100% Australian pale malt the Coastie Pale Lager is an unfiltered crisp and refreshing beer. Coastie is light on body to allow the Australian hops and malt to shine through. The Lager is late hopped to add an extra aromatic character to what is a clean, simple style.
