Tempus Two Varietals Tempranillo is produced with expert winemaking techniques including the co-fermentation of crushed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Defined by its rich balance of raspberry, plum and black cherry flavours, this wine is perfect to enjoy with tapas style meals.

A certified organic producer, Nature's Harvest is also focused on minimising their use of additives. Made in a soft and round style, there are hints of pepper and plum, with spice and a touch of oak for complexity.

Family owned and operated, Barossa earthworks make its wines from 100% Barossa grapes, grown at small family owned vineyards. Drawing on more than 160 years of local wine knowledge, traditional winemaking methods and minimal processing are used to preserve the purity, integrity, texture and flavour of the wines. Blood red in colour, Earthworks Tempranillo opens with boysenberry, pepper, a hint of charred meats and black forest cake aromas. A soft mid palate and a refreshingly clean, balanced finish, coupled with distinctive aromas of strawberry and cream make for the ultimate refreshment. This is Shiraz, refreshed. Sorbet Wild Berry Shiraz is a refreshing take on a classic red, with intense flavours of lifted fresh berries that perfectly complement the Shiraz fruit profile. Aromas of berry fruits with peppery Ribena varietal characters make for a red that's as fresh as it is fun. Serve it chilled or at room temperature - whatever refreshment suits the moment.

Vibrant pink in colour, the nose has lifted, fruit aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry with hints of watermelon and faint musk. Delicate fruit flavours with lively acidity keep it refreshing on the palate, with a dry finish.

Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.
