Pet Mout Rose is a Petillant Naturel from France made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Following the "Methode Ancestrale" the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, delivering a lower pressure, lightly sparkling wine in the petillant style. The wine is then finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugar.Its a lovely wine of subtle red berries aromas. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with ice cream or red fruit sorbet.

Kwak is recognisable by its deep bright amber colour and a dense, creamy coloured head. The pale wood of the glass holder makes a pleasant contrast with the beer. Discover a very mellow, fruity attack, a nougat-like solidity, and a slightly spicy character with hints of liquorice passing into a warm finish that reminds you of caramelised banana. The bitterness always remains in the background but in the end emerges delicately.

Pours deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries on the nose. The palate is sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Classic Belgian blond, quite similar to Leffe Blond, but artisanally brewed in Bruges.

Westmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow colour Trappist beer. It undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. A complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste. This beer has been brewed in the Westmalle abbey since 1934. The current brewing process has remained unchanged until 1956.
