After six years, the velvet texture is the dominant feature with integrated tannin taking a backseat.

The wine is made possible thanks to Rae Clark, a proud vigneron who has been working in the wine industry for around 30 years. She is a passionate advocate for improving biodiversity through sustainable vineyard practices in her home region of Coonawarra. And when it came to finding the best selection of Sauvignon Blanc for this new wine, the winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Rae. Aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and other tropical delights leap from the glass, backed up by a palate of spritely guava and gooseberry with a lively citrus finish.

Refresh yourself with a dazzling RedHeads Sauvignon – proving how well Coonawarra, normally celebrated for its reds, especially Cabernet, handles white varieties. Lime and melon aromas add savoury character to the citrus fruit, which on the palate boasts gooseberry, grapefruit and hints of tropical passion fruit, Sereia, a rare girl's name comes from the Portuguese word for mermaid.

Elephant In The Room Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium brick red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose of red berries,blackcurrants and distinct varietal tobacco leaf and forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven and vibrant with an open and approachable core of supple berried fruits, plums and cassis building to a ripe and mouth-filling back palate.
