O'Leary's highly perfumed, medium-bodied wine shows the vibrant red berry- and-spice character of cool-grown shiraz on a luscious, silky palate, cut with fi ne tannins. Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling is a classic white wine produced using the highest quality Riesling fruit, which has been admired and recognized not only in Australia, but by wine aficionados all over the world. It is pale and bright, with a pleasantly fragrant bouquet of floral honeysuckle intertwined with lemon aromas that leap from each glass. The Pinot Gris from the Long Road range of the Eden Road wines has lifted aromas of strawberry shortcake and ripe pears. As featured on "Battle of the Vines": Arthur puts up what he says is a bombshell from a boutique winery. He goes on to describe it as a Rich and powerful Marsanne from a great winemaker, Alex McKay. Its fresh on the nose with aromas of white flowers, flint and notes of quince and exotic spice.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!
