A Central Otago Pinot with earthiness and depth to wallow in. In the mouth the Squealing Pig is rich and generous with velvet like tannins and a wonderful, long finish.

The South Island of New Zealand is home to great wine producing regions. Long, sun filled growing seasons and cool nights combine to produce the vibrant flavours. This Pinot Noir offers delicate aromas of red fruits and dark plums with a medium bodied palate of juicy red fruits and soft subtle tannins that pair perfectly with lamb or turkey.

Saddleback is the second label to Greg Hay's Peregrine and the Pinot Noir is made using fruit from the Gibbston and Cromwell Basin sub regions of Central Otago. Light, elegant with black cherry and plum fruit, held together by a fine tannin structure and refreshing acidity.

Grove Mill Pinot Noir is rich ruby red in colour, with a nose full of dark cherry and boysenberry and a touch of spice. A savoury complexity and a smooth finish make it the perfect match for barbequed meat with a roast beetroot salad.

One of the most exciting discoveries we made from a trip to New Zealand last year. Coal Pit is located in the Gibbston Valley sub region of Central Otago. Perfumed with violets, the nose is lifted and aromatic. Vibrant mid palate of black doris plum, wild herb, coffee and cassis backed by silky tannins and well integrated spicy oak. A beautifully orchestrated sparkling, this bright, salmon-pink wine has a fine bead and aromas of honeyed red fruits with some delicate toasty notes too. The palate is bright and flavoursome, with strawberry biscuit flavours, cleansing acidity and a clean, zesty finish.
