The Craiglee vineyard was established in the 1860's, and replanted in 1976 by the current winemaker, Patrick Carmody. All wines are made from estate grown fruit using natural processes that reflect the flavours specific to the site. This is an iconic Victorian wine that features a trademark of pronounced cracked black pepper.

Distinguished by true to the varietal lemon, citrus, spice and tropical fruits, a delightful edge of minerality and crunchy fresh acidity, Tahbilk Marsanne can be enjoyed as a current vintage release or allowed to develop signature honeysuckle and marmalade characters if carefully cellared.

The Savaterre vineyard is elevated at 430m above sea level and is farmed along organic principles. No pesticides are used. An incredibly complex, lifted, lively and intense nose. Exotic aromas of smoked meats, dried red rose, allspice, clove, dark plum, dark cherry ,blackberry, mulberry, mandarin, violets, sandalwood, bay and funky undergrowth. This aroma really revs me up, it continues to evolve as time goes by. This wine is alive! Complexity, poise, sinewy acid, fine tannins wrapped around a sleek core of pristine dark fruit. Made by the Torres family and coming exclusively from their vineyards located in the municipalities of Porrera and Lloar. Salmos is a Priorat wine, a blend between Carignan, Grenache & Syrah, that manages to achieve an unparalleled balance between power and elegance. Dark ruby red. Rich, ripe wine with floral (confected rose) and fruit (dark cherries, prunes) aromas. Beautifully framed by French oak. Elegant, subtle midpalate, very finely structured tannins and a slight touch of toast (cocoa).

The cool slopes of the Tamar Valley region, located in northern Tasmania, have the potential to produce great sparkling wine. This richly flavoured cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir by Pirie boasts complexity from barrel-aged base wine and reserve blending. It displays the impact of terroir and the favourable interaction of climate and soil on these vines.
