Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards and boasts some of the oldest vines in the region with wines 100% grown and bottled within the boundaries of the estate. There is a focus on small batch winemaking, giving greater options at blending and helping to create complex wines with a sense of place. This new vintage release of the acclaimed Isabel Estate Wild Barrique Chardonnay is a powerful and vibrant wine displaying notes of gun smoke and struck match, complemented by white peach and nectarine. Wholemeal, cracked pepper and savoury notes add to the complexity of this wine. Grapefruit and lime notes give the palate poise and restraint and complement the hints of French oak. Isabel Estate is an always much sought after Sauvignon Blanc and is regarded as one of the jewels of Marlborough. Winemaking inputs such as barrel ferment and lees ageing contribute to it's complexity.

Pinot Gris really loves Marlborough. The Isabel Estate team always ensure that each vine is treated to the right amount of sunshine, for perfect harvests of superbly ripened Pinot Gris. This wine has rich aromas of nectarine, white pear, clover honey and hints of coconut.

Isabel Estate Chardonnay exudes bright, ripe fruit such as grapefruit and lemon with upfront acidity. Complex aromas of sweet nuttiness, ripe figs and a touch of melon follow closely by with delicious nougat and caramel. Finish is creamy and lingering. Not one to miss.

The new vintage has resulted in aromas of white peach and pear blossom mingled with underlying crisp red apple notes. The palate displays ripe succulent peach notes, while the mid palate is full, creamy and well textured. The wine has a rich, spice infused finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc was grown on the unique Limestone vineyards of Kfar Tabor in the Galilee. The 30 year old vineyards are carefully tended throughout the year.
