The Scarborough Offshoot Verdelho starts with aromas of green tea with hints of tropical fruit, pink lady apples and honeysuckle. The palate shows botanical characters of sage, orange blossom, citrus rind, mint and lemon pith.

Beautifully refined yet packed full of flavour, Peter Drayton has created another classy Hunter Chardonnay. Vibrant mid yellow. Complex aromas of peach, pear, almond, nougat and flinty oak. A flavour-packed with yet with a classy mix of peach, pear and rockmelon, lovely river rock minerality, touches of marzipan and gun smoke and a complex, savoury finish.

A bright light emerging from the Hunter, Boydell's are kicking some goals already. The wines are made by the talented Liz Silkman, from quality fruit.Bright mid lemon colour. The 2019 Silkman Estate Semillon is clean fresh and modern. The nose is full of lemon, pink grapefruit and fresh cut hay. The palate reflects the nose with citrus and a touch of salinity. This wine will age well and pairs perfectly with a roast chicken.

Glenguin Vineyard was first planted in the 1980s and an average vine age now over 25 years with each wine coming from a small individual block on the property. Organic and biodynamic farming principles are followed at Glenguin where things are still done by hand from planting through vine training to pruning and handpicking at vintage.
