When Michael Kerrigan was at the height of his powers making wine for another premium WA producer, he decided to pull up stumps, buy some vines, and make wine his way. Hay Shed Hill was born and an impressive move for "Kegs" it was. Pitchfork is their everyday drinking range, designed to be fresh and fruit forward for early enjoyment. FLOWSTONE Queen of the Earth Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River

The team at Hay Shed Hill has selected the best vineyard blocks on their Margaret River estate to create the Block Series. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the oldest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines in the region. Full straw with yellow green hue, it presents a plush honeydew melon and warm honey mix with guava and lime juice generosity. The developing palate has a mouth-filling and harmonious mix of lime and melon with deeper traces of tropical fruits and touches of biscuit and honey chiming in on the finish. A complex barrel fermented style and ready to drink.

This fresh, easy to drink SSB from Koa Cove is pale straw in colour with green tints. Tropical green fruits on the nose with lifted citrus aromas. The citrus fruit taste makes this wine perfect on warm days to enjoy with friends.

Since 1976 the iconic Marri tree line has featured on the Cape Mentelle labels. These stalwart trees filter the summer breezes, protecting the vines and ensuring optimal ripening conditions for this range of fresh, vibrant wines. This wine displays bright floral notes and lemon pith, with hints of green apple which carry through to a crisp and refreshing finish.

Selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc (87%) and Semillon (13%) from Western Australia’s premier Margaret River region, were fermented separately, without oak maturation and blended to deliver a wine with a little more mid-palate weight than our 100% Sauvignon Blanc – and with a distinctive citrus edge to the fruit spectrum. We’re pleased with its crispness and balance.
