Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic "200 Fathoms" - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

Originally distilled in 1795, Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an icon. Distilled using only the finest products, Jim Beam continues to be at the top of its class today.

To add a unique depth of character and flavour, Teeling Single Malt consists of aged malt whiskey up to 23 years old that has been matured in five different wine casks including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. This combination of cask maturation techniques has never been done before in Irish whiskey and creates a truly innovative Irish whiskey bursting with personality. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained.

Gentleman Jack gets its unique mellow smoky flavour from being twice filtered through charcoal as opposed to the regular single filtration for Jack Daniels. The Whiskey is then aged and filtered again before bottling.

Jack Daniel's is one of the very few Tennessee Whiskies that is charcoal mellowed. Jack Daniel's has a smooth aroma and flavour of vanilla, toasted oak and caramel translates well to the palate. Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve is created using award-winning whiskies including fruity Highland malts and lighter Speyside malts for sweetness and spice, combined with those from the Scottish islands for our signature smoky finish.

Alinta is the first peated whisky added to the range since the distillery was taken over by David Prior in 2015. Alinta, an indigenous Australian word from several Southeast Australian language groups means fire and flames, and evokes the notes of Campfire Embers found in each sip. This expression utilises PX Sherry and ex-bourbon casks combined together with a sweet smoky peated spirit, sets Alinta apart from anything previously released by Bladnoch.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked is matured in separate, charred oak barrels adding a rich and colourful flavour to their Kentucky straight bourbon. Before bottling, the second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring - extracting additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character. The innovative approach to maturation has crafted a delicious and award winning bourbon whiskey.

Shinobu Lightly Peated Pure Malt WhiskyShinobu Lightly Peated Pure Malt whisky NAS and 10Y are the first peated whisky to be released by Shinobu distillery. Peated whisky was sourced from selected distilleries from mainly highland and speyside regions and carefully blended by the master blender Mr. Usami Ken and finished in Mizunara wood for more than 6 months. The Shinobu Distillery in collaboration with Niigata Beer Distillery is located in the Japanese seaside region of Niigata on the countrys western coast. The area is famous for its Three White Treasures: snow, rice and sake which have been cultivated there for centuries. Shinobu Pure Malt whiskies are crafted by master blender, Mr. Usami Ken who blends malts aged in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks before finishing them in Japans prized Mizunara Oak. Famous for imparting rich, honeyed flavors of apples, pears, cloves and nutmeg, Mizunara Oak has been used in Japan since the 1930s and is now sought-after by whisky makers around the world.
