Azulejos (“tiles” in English) are a quintessential part of Spanish art, just as wine. Each region in Spain has its own distinct style of producing the azulejos. With this collection of wines we pair the most attractive and trendiest wine regions with a particular azulejo style, using a modern approach that results in a pairing that brings out the best qualities of both. This Tempranillo originates from the region of Rioja. Made in a modern, fruit-forward style, this wine is bright with violet hues and a cherry red rim. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cherries and prunes are supported with notes of vanilla, shaved coconut and spices. The vision of this wine is to introduce 'YOU' to climate adaptive grape varieties through the blend of grape varieties.

Produced from old low yielding Hunter Valley vines this Verdelho has lifted lychee lime and tropical fruit aromas and ripe spicy flavours with zippy acidity.

This Squealing Pig Tempranillo is fantastically drinkable, with verve and minerality. With bright cherry and forest fruits lifting out of the glass, this wine is medium -bodied and bursting with red fruit flavours.

Chardonnay sourced from Victorias cool climate King Valley goes into Nugan's Estate Chardonnay. Pale straw in appearance, with a youthful green hue. Aromas of peach, nectarine, poached peach and mixed spice, a rich mout filling palate of stone fruit, biscuit and yeast notes with a crisp acidity make this a good drink.
