Our Eaglehawk Shiraz Cabernet has a well-structured palate, with subtle berry fruit flavours, a hint of spice, and an excellent finish. Enjoy at room temperature, best served with grilled meats or hearty pastas.

Medium gold with yellow highlights in color. The intense grapefruit and white peach, gun flint minerality, fresh brioche, subtle nuttiness, fruit purity and slightly charry oak all converge on the nose. The palate shows balanced French oak, creamy and long, with a fine talc-like grip, a spine of ripe acid backbone balanced with carefully considered malolactic fermentation to support this brighter, tighter style.

Translucent pale salmon pink in colour. Lifted spicy peach, strawberry and raspberry aromas mix with wet slate notes. Silken in its feel across the palate, peach, raspberry and strawberry fruits overlay a stony mineral back drop. Brisk acidity finishing dry, long and supple. A quite moreish Rose.

Home grown in Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant red with delicious aromas of ripe red currants and blackberries, along with hints of sage, mint and tasty oak. The palate shows subtle red fruits, accompanied by some grainy long tannins. Perfect to be enjoyed now with a silky soft cheese or a delicious lamb roast, Fork Full Cabernet Sauvignon is the ideal wine companion for hanging out with friends or enjoying your favourite meal.

Pale pink. Intense aromas of raspberry. strawberry and redcurrant with a hint of pepper. Rich palette with refreshing bright red fruit, brambley and peppery character. Combines dry flavors - it has almost no residual sugar - with lovelyfruit-sweetness.

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.

Bright and shiny highlighting purple hues. Dark dense sweet concentrated aromas, with typical varietal Cabernet Sauvignon characters like cedar pencil shavings, freshly cut grass and an abundance of fresh blue fruits, also beautiful aromas of violets. Attractive savoury dried herbs notes are also evident. The palate is thick, juicy and luscious. This wine has finesse and elegance. On the mid- palate the wine expands displaying floral blackcurrant notes and rich dark chocolate flavours There are some lovely savoury chewy tannins and all very well integrated with the French oak. The after palate is long and dry with a hint of mocha which lingers for some time. A sensational wine, and as always the Dalwhinnie Cabernets age beautifully.
