Brilliant pale straw colour with faint greenish highlights. Aromas of ripe apple, citrus and a touch of honeysuckle. An expansive array of ripe apple, citrus and spice flavours is wrapped in fine minerality before a soft, dry finish.

Aromas of sweet spice and peppercorns with pears and green apple. The palate shows spiced pears and citrus combined with textural elements and fine, chalky acidity typical of the Henty region.

Tasting Note This wine is more fuller, richer and rounded than the standard Elephant Chardonnay. It has more oak influence, buttery characters and more complexity. Though fresh, it is heavier on the palate due to the oak and buttery influences. Softer in acidity.
