Made in an extra dry style, this Prosecco has all the classic freshness and vibrancy you'd except from an authentic Italian Prosecco. An aperitif style with a very fine mousse, this is made from high quality vineyard fruit from the Treviso region.
Grove Estate Hilltops Primitivo
The 2017 Primitivo is from our original plantings of Primitivo planted in 1996. These vines were taken from cuttings at Cape Mentelle. The vines now resemble a bush vine and with lots of hand thinning and trimming we are able to nurture this difficult variety into this lovely wine.
Riporta Primitivo IGP
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Complex bouquet with lots of red fruits. Full bodied, soft, quite tannic and harmonious. Ready to drink. Excellent with rich first courses, red meat, game and medium seasoned cheeses.
Riporta Pinot Grigio IGT
Medium bodied, round and pleasant with a great balance. Long and clean, spicy finish. Easy to drink well with rich pasta dishes, white meat and cheese. Delicious with cream soups and grilled fish.
FINCA FELLA TINTO MONASTRELL ALTADO
Vineyards - In the uncontaminated territory of Los Pandos, a generous land hosts our old vineyards inherited from a millenary tradition. A pure blue sky and perfect microclimate with important thermic excursions even in the hottest months, the right conditions are created this outstanding aromatic structure and perfect balanced in acidity. Colour - Cherry red. Bouquet - Clean and bright with incredible intensity. The fruitfulness from the Monastrell varietal has been preserved, with subtle confit fruit flavours, blended with smokey hints and roasted tones from the gently toasted French oak barrels. Palate - Well balanced and fresh on the palate. Lively, full bodied with great acidity and noble and smooth tannins. Recommended With - Ideal with deep flavoured stews, rich meats, pasta with mushrooms, dried meat such as Spanish ham and cured cheese. Serving Temperature - 16 – 18 Degrees C.
FANTINI MONT.D'ABRUZZO
VINEYARDS : The vineyards are situated around the towns of Ortona, San Salvo and Pollutri on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region. Facing south east, vines are planted on a mix of clay and limestone soils and are trained on both Guyot and Pergola systems. VINIFICATION : Once the grapes were received at the winery, they were gently crushed and destemmed. The grapes then underwent a cold maceration for 4 days. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24 – 26 Degrees C for 8 – 10 days. This wine received no oak ageing to preserve the vibrancy of the fruit. COLOUR : Ruby red with garnet highlights. BOUQUET : Intense, persistent and fruity with a strong aroma of wild berries. FLAVOUR : Full bodied, well balanced, slightly tannic with a clean aftertaste. RECOMMENDED WITH : Excellent with all the typical courses of Italian traditional cooking. SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16 – 18 degrees C. Coming from selected vineyards in Valpolicella near Lake Garda, the Tommasi Valpolicella is made up from Corvina (60%), Rondinella (20%), Corvinone (10%), and Molinara (10%).
